Every built-in was detailed to the millimeter and documented as part of the full millwork package delivered to the fabricator.The material palette was curated to complement the coastal setting of Newport Beach. Honed limestone flooring, hand-applied plaster wall treatments, and bleached white oak millwork create a layered, textural foundation that feels both refined and livable. A custom stone fireplace surround in book-matched marble adds sculptural weight to the primary focal wall.FF&E SelectionFull FF&E procurement covered every furniture, fixture, and equipment decision in the space. Custom upholstered seating was specified for scale, comfort, and material durability in a high-use family environment. Lighting was layered across ambient, accent, and task functions, with custom fixtures selected to complement the ceiling height and architectural proportions of the room.
