The Role: We are looking for a tech-forward Architect to bridge the gap between creative design and technical verification. You will translate architectural concepts into precise, photorealistic digital twins that serve as the “single source of truth” for builders and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Virtual Verification: Develop and audit complex architectural models to identify spatial conflicts and structural errors before construction begins.

• Unified Design: Integrate interior architectural details with structural layouts into a single, interactive 3D environment.

• Client Collaboration: Lead virtual walkthroughs with luxury homeowners and developers to verify design clarity and material selections.

Qualifications:

• Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture.

• Tech Stack: Proficiency in Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar BIM software. Experience with 3D visualization/rendering tools

• Mindset: A “zero-mistakes” mentality with a deep understanding of high-end residential remodeling and spatial flow.

• Communication: Ability to explain technical VDC processes to non-technical luxury clients and real estate partners.
