Business Development & Sales Strategist

We’re seeking a motivated Sales and Business Development professional who’s passionate about bringing cutting-edge technology to real estate and construction. You’ll spearhead outreach to agents, brokers, developers, and builders, helping them understand how our tech drives faster sales, better marketing, and smarter development.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and outreach to leads in real estate, construction, and development
  • Secure demo meetings, pilot projects, and long-term contracts
  • Collaborate with the founder on sales strategy and positioning
  • Track performance and client engagement metrics
  • Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and virtual presentations

Responsibilities

  • 3+ years in sales, business development, or marketing
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-through
  • Experience selling services to B2B clients in real estate or construction preferred
  • Self-starter mindset and creative approach to opening doors
