Real Estate Development Agent
We’re looking for a licensed Real Estate Agent with a passion for new construction and development. This role is focused on partnering with builders, investors, and developers to help sell, plan, and market future properties using our tech. You’ll act as a hybrid between a traditional agent and a tech-forward strategist.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with home builders, developers, and landowners
- Introduce and sell Vividly Built’s services to development teams
- Assist with project listings, marketing collateral, and strategy
- Coordinate with internal design and visualization teams for property marketing
- Attend events, walk properties, and contribute to project planning
Responsibilities
- Licensed real estate agent in CA (or ability to become licensed)
- Experience with new construction or off-market sales preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Enthusiastic about technology and its role in transforming real estate sales
- Confident navigating development and construction conversations
