Welcome to Renovision by Vividly Built

Thank you for choosing Renovision, a service provided by Vividly Built Inc. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline your rights and responsibilities as a user of Renovision services. By subscribing or using Renovision, you agree to abide by these Terms.

Subscription Details

  • Monthly Subscription: $49.95 per month with a minimum commitment of 3 months ($149.85 total). Your subscription will auto-renew monthly after the initial period unless canceled.
  • Yearly Subscription: $492.00 per year (16% savings). Yearly subscriptions auto-renew annually unless canceled.

Account Management

  • You must provide accurate and current information during account creation.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • Vividly Built reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts suspected of unauthorized or fraudulent activities.

Ordering & Delivery

  • Renovision offers virtual renovation services through images.
  • Delivery times depend on your selected turnaround option (within 24 hours, 2-3 days, 1 week, or within 2 weeks).
  • We strive to meet delivery timelines, but delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Payment and Billing

  • Payments are processed securely using SSL encryption.
  • Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
  • You authorize recurring payments based on your selected subscription.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.

Subscription Changes & Cancellation

  • You can upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel your subscription after the minimum commitment period.
  • To avoid billing for the next cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to your renewal date.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content and visualizations provided by Renovision remain the intellectual property of Vividly Built.
  • You are granted a non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for personal or business promotional purposes.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • We value your privacy and handle your data securely, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Personal information collected is used exclusively to provide, manage, and enhance Renovision services.

Limitations of Liability

  • Vividly Built Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Liability in any circumstance will be limited to the amount paid by you for Renovision services in the preceding 12 months.

Amendments

  • Vividly Built reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes via email or account notification.
