On-Site 3D Capture
We start on the property with a precise on-site 3D capture and measurement process — the lot, the existing structure, every wall, ceiling height, and sightline. The raw geometry of the future home is locked.
3D-captured base model
Patent Pending Technology
Photoreal, true to scale, walkable in VR. Every finish, fixture, sightline, and switch resolved before a foundation is poured.
Why it matters
Most luxury home delays and overruns don't come from the build — they come from decisions made too late. A wall framed before the kitchen layout was final. A staircase poured before someone realized the sightline killed the view.
Digital construction moves every one of those decisions to a point where changing your mind is free. By the time we break ground, the home is already finished — on a server, in VR, in your hands.
When the home is already built — digitally — there's nothing to "change" once construction starts. Field-driven change orders typically cost 5-10× the same scope priced up front.
Every late finish call, framing rework, or "let's revisit that" stalls a trade. Resolving these in 3D collapses weeks of stop-and-start out of the construction calendar.
Every cabinet, slab, sconce, and outlet placed in the digital twin matches the spec, drawing, and product cut sheet. What you walk through is what gets built.
Clients don't wait twelve months to find out if the marble works against the floor. They've already walked the room — at sunrise, sunset, with the chandelier on, with it off.
Behind the scenes
Five phases, each ending in something you can walk through, hold, or sign. No phase advances until you've seen — and approved — the deliverable.
We start on the property with a precise on-site 3D capture and measurement process — the lot, the existing structure, every wall, ceiling height, and sightline. The raw geometry of the future home is locked.
Architecture and interior design are modeled simultaneously inside one coordinated environment. Walls, finishes, casework, plumbing, lighting, furniture — every element is real, sourced, and spec-correct. Not a render of an idea. A model of the actual house.
You step inside. VR headset, 360° tour, photoreal stills, animation flythroughs — whichever surface fits the conversation. We test sightlines, light at every hour, finish combinations side-by-side. You change your mind freely. The model updates in days, not weeks.
Once the home is right inside the twin, we lock the design and produce a complete visual roadmap for your construction team: finish schedules, elevations, details, and the full library of stills, 360s, and VR scenes — all sourced from the same model you walked through.
Construction begins. Your GC and trades reference the digital twin from any device on site. Field questions get answered against a model — not a shrugged guess. The home gets built once, the way you signed off.
What you get
Hero renderings of every room — interior, exterior, dusk, day, night — at print-quality resolution.
Step into any room from your phone or browser. Look up, around, behind. Share by link.
Full-immersion walkthroughs in our studio rig — or shipped to you. Test scale at human eye height.
Cinematic flythrough videos for marketing, presale, investor decks, or social.
Same room, three palettes. Compare stone, wood, paint, hardware in context — not on a swatch.
Complete documentation of every finish, fixture, and product spec — sourced directly from the model.
See your home at 9am in March, 6pm in July. Skylights, glare, shadow lines — caught months ahead.
Your renderings, 360s, VR scenes, and finish library in one shareable workspace — link out to family, your builder, anyone.
Questions we hear most
No. A rendering is a picture. A digital twin is the entire house — geometry, finishes, fixtures, lighting, furniture — coordinated against the same drawings your builder will work from. Renderings are one of many things we extract from it.
It saves cost. The fee for digital construction is a small fraction of what one mid-project change order on a luxury home costs. We've seen single field-driven changes that exceed our entire visualization scope by 5×.
Massing models from architects show form. The Vividly Built twin is photoreal at the finish level — every tile, fixture, lighting temperature, fabric, and sightline resolved. We coordinate with your architect's drawings and bring them to life as the home you'll actually live in.
As early as possible — ideally before permits. Decisions are cheap to change in the model and expensive to change on a foundation. Most clients engage us at the schematic-design phase.
Yes. We do an on-site 3D capture of the existing space, build it as-is, then design the new condition on top. You walk both states. Fire-rebuild clients particularly value seeing the new home in the context of the old footprint.
We work with your builder. The deliverables are designed to be unambiguous for any qualified GC — a complete visual roadmap your construction team can build from with confidence.
