When should an interior designer join a new construction project?
As early as the first floor plans. Interior decisions such as ceiling heights, window placement, kitchen position and stair design shape the plan itself, and they are far cheaper to settle before permits than after framing.
What does a custom home cost in Los Angeles?

Do you work with my builder and engineers?
Yes. We work alongside your builder, engineers and consultants, and our documents and 3D model are made to be built from without interpretation.
Do you do architectural design too?
Vividly Built is an interior design, space planning and 3D visualization studio, not an architecture firm. When a project needs architectural design or stamped drawings, that work is done by our licensed partner architecture firm or by your own architect, and we design the interiors and the 3D walkthrough in the same model. Do you design new homes outside California?
Yes. We design new construction in Texas from our Austin and Dallas studios, including the Hill Country Estate, and review projects in other states remotely through 360° tours.
How long does design take?
