A real estate office that signals the brand the second you walk in.

Vividly Built handled the full commercial interior and architectural design of this Los Angeles luxury real estate office - layout, space planning, materials, custom millwork, lighting, FF&E, and the photoreal 360° / VR walkthrough used to approve every space before construction began.

The brief was direct: an office that doesn’t read like an office. Coworking floors that feel like a hotel lounge. Conference rooms calibrated for closing. A purpose-built podcast room for the brand’s content engine. A kitchen that holds the team and the morning huddle. Back-of-house, including the bathrooms, finished to the same standard as the front.

Spaces designed for how a luxury brokerage actually works

The coworking floor is laid out for both heads-down work and the natural traffic of agents, clients, and walk-ins. Two distinct conference rooms support the cadence of a luxury brokerage - smaller pitch and discovery, larger negotiation and closings. The podcast and content studio is engineered for the brand’s media output, not a side hobby. Every adjacency was planned around how the team operates from morning huddle to last showing.

One team, space planning to material selection

We designed the floorplate, materials, lighting, and FF&E together rather than handing off between disciplines. Wall positions, ceiling heights, finishes, fixtures, and furniture were resolved simultaneously inside the same model - so the office reads as one cohesive brand environment rather than a stitched-together set of rooms.

Sign-off in 360° and VR, before the buildout

The leadership team walked the entire office in a 360° and VR walkthrough - coworking, conference rooms, podcast studio, kitchen, bathrooms - and signed off on materials, finishes, and lighting before construction began. That is the Vividly Built standard for commercial work: the office you build is the office you already approved.
