A new construction home, resolved as one.
This Austin residence is a new construction commission - full interior and architectural design under one roof. From the lower-level game room and the secret room to the master suite, office, pool bath, and laundry, every space was modeled, lit, and rendered inside a single photoreal digital twin before construction began.
The intent was a calm, modern Texan luxury that earns its character through layered materials and considered detailing rather than ornament. By keeping interior architecture, materials, lighting, and FF&E in one workflow we eliminated the seams - rooms read as one home, not a collection of moods.
Rooms designed for how a family actually lives
The lower-level game room is engineered for evenings together; the upper-floor game room is built around how the kids actually use it. The home office is built around quiet focus. The secret room is a real, usable space - not a styled photo. Every room in this single family residence was designed for use first and beauty second; the renderings happen to be cinematic because the underlying decisions are correct.
One team, layout to material selection
We designed the layout, materials, lighting, and FF&E together rather than handing off between disciplines. Layout decisions, ceiling heights, and material selection were resolved simultaneously inside the same model - so finishes, fixtures, and details read as one coherent home rather than a collection of rooms.
Sign-off in 360°, before the slab
The owners walked the entire home in a 360° virtual walkthrough - every room, every angle - and signed off on materials, finishes, and lighting before construction began. That is the Vividly Built standard: the home you build is the home you already approved.
