Luxury interior design in Dallas.
Custom homes, new construction and whole-home remodels in Dallas and the Park Cities, designed room by room and walked in 3D before building.
Big lots, big rooms, and every decision visible.
Dallas luxury homes tend to be generous: larger lots, taller ceilings, formal and informal living spaces, and outdoor rooms that get used most of the year. That scale makes design decisions bigger too. A ceiling detail, a stair or a run of millwork repeated across a 7,000 sf house can move a budget by six figures.
Vividly Built designs custom homes and whole-home remodels in Dallas, Highland Park, University Park and Preston Hollow. We build the entire house as a true-to-scale 3D model, design every room inside it and let you walk it in a 360° tour or VR before construction. Your builder works from the same model, so fewer questions get answered in the field.
Our Texas portfolio so far includes the Hill Country Estate and an Austin residence, designed with the same process we use in Dallas.

What to know before you build in Dallas.
Who issues your permit
Inside Dallas city limits, residential permits go through the City of Dallas Development Services. Highland Park and University Park, the Park Cities, are separate towns surrounded by Dallas, and each runs its own permitting and design rules. We confirm the jurisdiction and its requirements before design starts.
Plan for the ground
Much of Dallas sits on expansive clay that swells and shrinks with moisture. Foundation type, drainage and how heavy stone and large spans are supported are decided with your engineer early, because they shape the floor plan and finishes above.
Design for scale
Large rooms can feel empty or overwhelming if proportions are off. We test ceiling heights, furniture layouts and lighting at full scale in the model, so formal rooms feel right and family spaces stay comfortable.
Indoor-outdoor living
Covered loggias, outdoor kitchens and pools are often part of the brief. We design them with the house, including shade, ceiling fans, heaters and materials that handle Texas summers and the occasional hard freeze.
