A full single-family residence, resolved before the build.

The Pacific Palisades Residence is a new-construction single-family home where Vividly Built took on both the architectural concept and the full interior design - every habitable space and the specialty programs the owners wanted alongside daily living.

We resolved the entire home inside a photoreal digital twin in eight weeks: massing, fenestration, finishes, lighting, fixtures, furniture. The owners walked the residence in VR - including the recording studio, the upper-floor game room, and every primary suite - and signed off on every angle before construction began.

Architecture and interiors, one decision

Because the architecture and interiors were resolved together, the building's bones never fight the way the rooms want to live. Window placements, ceiling heights, and circulation were tuned to the furniture plan and the lighting plan in the same sittings - not handed off between two firms with two timelines.

Specialty programs, fully detailed

A private recording studio and an upper-floor game room sit alongside the primary living spaces. Each was modeled to its own acoustic, sightline, and equipment-clearance brief - and reviewed in VR by the owners at full scale before any wall was framed.

Coastal-Westside calm, end to end

A short, consistent palette runs from the front door to the basement bathroom: warm white oak, soft plaster, honed stone, smoked bronze. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and the living room read as one home - not a portfolio of disconnected rooms.

Pacific Palisades Residence · questions.

What was the design scope of the Pacific Palisades Residence project?

The Pacific Palisades Residence is a new-construction single-family home in Pacific Palisades, California, where Vividly Built handled the full interior and architectural design end-to-end - architectural concept and interior architecture, whole-home interior design, custom lighting, specialty programs (recording studio and upper-floor game room), photoreal 3D renderings, 360° walkthroughs, full-scale VR sign-off, and construction-ready FF&E specification - all resolved in a photoreal digital twin before construction.

How long did it take to design the Pacific Palisades Residence?

The full design package - architecture, every room, every finish, every fixture - was resolved and signed off in 8 weeks. The owners reviewed the entire home in photoreal renderings and a full-scale VR walkthrough before construction began.

What does Vividly Built mean by "resolved in 3D before the build"?

Every design decision for the Pacific Palisades Residence - wall positions, ceiling heights, lighting circuits, stone slabs, fabric, fixtures, furniture - was placed and reviewed inside a photoreal digital twin of the home. The owners walked the entire residence in VR and signed off on every angle before any trade arrived on site. That visualization-first workflow is why our projects ship on time and under change-order pressure.
