We resolved both volumes inside one digital twin. Home design for the new ADU, full layout and space planning across the original house, interior design and FF&E for every room, all evaluated together at full scale before a single tool touched the site.

The new ADU was sited and proportioned to read as a quiet companion to the main house - same material family, same window rhythm, same tone of light at golden hour. Layout and space planning, end-to-end
Full reconfiguration of the main residence around how the family actually moves through their day - cooking, working, hosting, decompressing. Storage, sightlines, and acoustics resolved alongside finishes, not after them.
Sign-off in VR before the build
Owners walked the entire property - main house and new ADU - in a full-scale 360° walkthrough. Every fixture, every switch, every sightline confirmed at the times of day they actually use the rooms. Construction started with a complete, signed-off design package.
Remodeling and adding an ADU in Brentwood
